These terms govern your use of the VisionTechie website (visiontechie.com) and the services we provide as VisionTechie (“we”, “us”). By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.
Agreement to terms
VisionTechie has been building software and digital products since 2022, and we're based in India. By browsing this website, submitting the contact form, or signing up for project work with us, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or our services.
Services
We provide software development, AI development & integration, UI/UX design & branding, digital marketing & SEO, video & content production, and advertising services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are agreed with each client individually before work starts.
Proposals, quotes & payment
We provide a fixed quote or proposal for each project, agreed in writing before any work begins. Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule set out in that proposal (for example, in milestones or monthly installments). Late or missing payment may pause work until the account is settled.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we hand over. VisionTechie retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, or templates we use to build your project, and may reuse them on other engagements. Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies.
Client responsibilities
To keep a project on track, we ask clients to provide timely feedback and approvals, supply accurate content and materials (copy, brand assets, credentials, and so on) when needed, and use our deliverables lawfully. Delays in feedback or materials can push back agreed timelines.
Warranties & support
As stated on this site, we include 30 days of free post-launch bug fixes after a project ships, with ongoing maintenance plans available beyond that. We don't warrant the performance, uptime, or behavior of third-party services, platforms, or APIs that a project depends on but that we don't control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VisionTechie's total liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at the fees you've paid us for the project in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the project proposal or by mutual written agreement. You'll be billed for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date, and we'll hand over any deliverables already paid for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services or policies evolve. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
