Care Connects is a healthcare management system built to run a clinic's whole day — patient records, appointment scheduling, consultations, prescriptions, and billing in one place. We designed and developed the full platform: a Next.js application backed by a NestJS API, with role-based access for doctors, staff, and admins. (Patient details in these screenshots are blurred to protect real patient privacy.)

Complete patient records — demographics, medical history, and treatment progress — searchable and accessible in a click, so a clinician has the full picture before the patient sits down.

Appointment scheduling

A calendar-based booking system with conflict detection and a day view that tracks each appointment from check-in to consultation to completion.

Consultations & prescriptions

Digital consultation records, clinical examinations and notes, and prescription management with dosage tracking — plus reusable clinic templates for complaints, medicines, procedures, and advice.

Billing & payments

Invoice generation, payment tracking, and financial reporting, tied directly to each patient and consultation.
